Shipping and Returns

Can I track my order?

Woof yeah! We use Sendle to send all Doggie Doonie orders, and we'll give you a tracking number so you can keep tabs on your delivery like a member of the K9 unit.

How much is shipping?

Good news, furry friend! Shipping is free within Australia on all orders over $80 or for any of our bundles.

How long will my order take to arrive? 

If you're eagerly waiting for your Doonie delivery within Australia, you can expect it to arrive within 2 to 14 business days from shipping. You will provided with an expected delivery date on checkout. 

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently offer international shipping for the UK, USA  and NZ only, and we're working hard to add other countries soon. If you're located outside of Australia and really want a Doggie Doonie, please email us and we'll see what we can do! International shipping times and rates are calculated on check out.  Any taxes and custom fees are to be paid by the receiver. 

What payment methods does Doggie Doonie accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal, so you can use your favourite payment method to make your purchase.

If you want to split your payment across 4 payments, PayPal in 4 is a great option.  

What is Doggie Doonie's returns and exchange policy?

We want you and your furry friend to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, so we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving the order. To initiate a return or exchange, just email us and let us know which items you're sending back and your order number. Please note that the item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, and return postage costs will be at the customer's expense. If your item meets these criteria, we'll refund your purchase price to the same credit card you used to make the purchase.

What should I do if I have chosen the wrong size?

No worries! Just email our customer service team with your full name and the item name, and we'll help you arrange an exchange. Please note that the item being exchanged must be unused and in resellable condition, with the original packaging, and return postage costs will be at the customer's expense. Requests for exchanges must be lodged within 14 days of receiving the item.

What happens if I received a faulty or incorrect item?

Oh no, we're sorry to hear that! If a product is faulty, we'll replace it or refund the full purchase price. Please notify us via email as soon as possible, and provide your name, address, phone number, email address, a description of the product, and the reason for the exchange or refund. We may ask you to send images as part of the inspection process. If the item is deemed faulty due to manufacturing or materials, we'll exchange the item or offer a refund.

What is not covered by Doggie Doonie's returns and exchange policy?

We love all furry friends, but unfortunately, we can't cover damages caused by dog and cat attacks under our returns and exchange policy. Sorry, mate!
